Returns & Exchanges

At Róhe, we strive for lasting quality and design; if your purchase is not quite right, you may return your items within 14 days of delivery. All returned garments must be in their original condition, unworn and with all designer tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and include the completed return form provided in your initial delivery.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Affix the pre-paid shipping label to the outside of your parcel, ensuring any previous delivery marks are fully covered or removed.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Deliver your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our studio, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.
